Turnip, Pear & Carrot Soup

This is a delicious creamy soup made with the most amazing combination of flavours. The pear softens the turnip’s stronger taste thus balancing each other out.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 cups of turnips, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups of pears, diced
  • 2 cups of carrots, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and pepper as preferred
  • 1 can (396 ml) of coconut milk
  • ¼ cup of chopped nuts, as preferred
